Richard Henderson has taught in Stockton for twenty years, working in three different schools.  He is currently the head teacher of Northfield School and Sports College.  During his time as a senior leader in Stockton schools he has led a range of initiatives that have had a positive impact upon students’ learning and outcomes. Richard has a particular interest in curriculum and inclusion.
